Cold Feet are caused by the natural heat within the feet being conducted away, largely, through the soles of the feet being in intimate contact with insufficiently insulated shoe soles. Peripeds Insoles provide 2mm insulating air cushion below the feet by virtue of the hollow silicone tubes that cover the whole of the shoe sole, keeping the feet much warmer.
