Sales All orders will be despatched within five working days from receipt of order. Should there be any delay due to shortage of stock of a particular item, you will be notified by the best available means, at which time your money will be returned if requested.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct item and size are ordered. If in doubt or if you wear a half size, you should order the size up i.e. size 71/2 should order size 8. Peripeds Insoles can be cut to size.
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are currently free from VAT. A small additional charge will be added per item to cover the cost of postage/packing/bank charges.We reserve the right to alter prices and charges without prior notice.
Payment should be made with order and goods will be depatched promptly on clearance of your payment means.
Security All payments are processed through HSBC Bank Secure e- Payments system. No other server is involved.
Guarantee We guarantee that all goods will be free from defects and under normal use will last a minimum of six months. Peripeds Insoles can be machine washed up to 40 degrees C. Should any faults or defects appear, we will replace the goods, or refund your money provided that the goods are returned, with details of the complaint within six months.
